"Learning Numbers with Nooshi the Balloon Dude" book teaches infants and toddlers the basics of counting and learning numbers. Numbers are one of the first things kids learn and need to know about. Each number features a different balloon animal that matches the number as the count goes up. Teaching numbers to toddlers is an essential part of their education. Children have to start learning about numbers somewhere, and it usually happens in the home. New Halloween Music for Kids

Sick of all the old Halloween song? No problem at all! Nooshi is proud to release it's second Halloween album, full of fresh and new Halloween songs. It will be called 'Halloween Party Music'. Food Songs for Kids

Nooshi is currently recording some new food songs for kids! Mmmm yummy! Childrens songs about food are so much fun. Nooshi's children's food songs will include songs about cheese pizza, han-gubers, waffles, hot dogs, and more.

What is your favorite food song thus far for kids? There is the famous 'Hot Dog!' song by They Might be Giants as well as the popular song about peanut butter and jelly called 'Peanut Butter Jelly Time' by Chipman & The Buckwheat Boyz. Kids love these songs. There is also that song about Waffles, entitled 'Do You Like Waffles?' by Parry Gripp.

Nooshi's first children's song about food was the 'Chicken Nugget Song', released the Summer of 2010. The song was promoted through simple videos on youtube and thus far is gathering views. The Chicken Nugget Song is a unique song that celebrated that kids favorite food.

New Short Happy Birthday Song

So, singing 'Happy Birthday' is sung millions of times a day. The original version of Happy Birthday is soooo simple and is easily sung in big and small groups. So what if you want to sing a new birthday song? A short and catchy one that groups can sing. Well, many restaurants make up thier own short and sweet songs that they sing for birthdays on request. Some of them are so funny and clever. However, they usually don't sing the original Happy Birthday Song because of the copyright. Us at home are not concerned with that when we sing it for birthday parties.

A few years ago, my mother made up a short and sweet birthday song that she called 'Your're Older Now Hooray'. The birthday song is under 20 seconds and is easily sung in small and big groups. In fact, every birthday we sing it to each other in the family. It is easy to learn. Below are the lyrics to 'Your're Older Now Hooray'.

Nooshi loves soccer!

Nooshi congratulates Spain for their win against the Netherlands for the 2010 World Cup in Spain. Nooshi loves soccer. He created a soccer song just for the kids called 'Soccer Time'. The song just became available today on iTunes!!! Yeah. The World Cup may be over now, but the love of soccer will live on.

Nooshi used to play soccer when he was a kid. He played goalie for two quarters and forward for two quarters. His favorite position, however, was forward because he would get chances to score goals. After the game, Nooshi always enjoyed the ice cold beverages like pop and kool-aid that was served to the kids.

Now Nooshi gets to teach his little one-year old boy how to play soccer. Nooshi's son loves to play soccer. The soccer ball nearly comes up to his knees. His favorite word is 'football' which he uses for soccer. Listen to "Soccer Time!" Song by Nooshi on iTunes

Who is Nooshi (a.k.a. Nooshi the Balloon Dude)?

Nooshi, also known as 'Nooshi The Balloon Dude' is a balloon character created by artist and musician, Riley Weber. Nooshi, a children's musical artist, has several albums available for download on the Internet through iTunes and Amazon. Nooshi's first album, entitled, 'Kids Easter Songs to Christmas Melodies' was released in the spring of 2008. Nooshi's second album, entitled, 'Ready Set Go Green' was released a few months later during in the summer of 2008.

In July of 2008, Nooshi released 'Halloween Songs to Christmas Melodies' which did very well on iTunes. The song by Nooshi, '12 Days of Halloween' made it on the top Children's Music iTunes charts for two weeks. During that time, in October of 2008, Nooshi crept from number 83 to number 24 on the iTunes top children's songs chart. It was there, surrounded by other top children's artist such as 'Alvin and the Chipmunks' and a few Disney children's musical artists. Nooshi, however, is a completely independant artist. Nooshi donated 1/2 of all of the proceeds from his 'Halloween Songs to Christmas Melodies' album to one of his friends, Christian Nielson and his wife, who were severely injured and burned in a airplane crash a few months prior.

In early 2009, Nooshi released 'Christmas Songs to Other Melodies' and 'Environmental Songs about Going Green'. During the spring of 2009, Nooshi released 50 Mini Birthday Songs. Nooshi has plans of releasing two more albums in the next few months, one all about 'food' and the other about 'animals'.

All of the Nooshi's music is done by Riley Weber himself. Riley plays several instruments including the keyboards, guitars, drums, vocals, and records all of the music in home studio; his old bedroom converted into a recording studio. Riley taught himself to play most of the instruments but has had experience singing in chiors, playing in rock bands, and taking recording classes from a local community college in Mesa, Arizona. Riley says that he makes 'Nooshi's' voice by simply imaging himself singing to his young nieces and nephews. He talks to them like he sings on the albums.
